As a place to rest your head. Maybe. Definitely not up to code. None of the bedrooms have windows or an escape route in case of a fire. Outlets and light switches with no cover is unsafe for children. Smoke detector with no battery and just hanging from the ceiling. Electrical panel in one of the bedrooms with no cover. The only outlet in that room is underneath and attached to the electrical panel. Check in was supposed to be at 3 o’clock. We get there at 3:00 but the place is not ready. She was outside hanging Christmas lights and we had to wait out in the car for 20 minutes before the place was “ready”. Entry is from the rear of the house and depending if it’s raining you will be tracking in mud. Asked for more toilet paper (remind you they live up stairs) and after 15 minutes I had to run my 6 year old daughter to Quick Trip down the road. Her son brought down the tp after we got back. She then has the nerve to text me saying it smells like smoke in one of the bedrooms. We don’t smoke. Definitely not worth $280/night. You get better rates at a nearby hotel.
