You can either choose to be part of the frenetic energy of the inlet and all nature has to offer or enjoy the experience while relaxing on the top deck with a book and cold drink. A partially covered deck provides a great vantage point for supervising your children at the playground in the reserve out the front. The backyard is fully enclosed with a gate. Toast marshmallows in the fire pit and enjoy the holiday vibe. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining are features split system air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the essentials, from electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. Other appliances include a coffee maker and Nutri bullet. The three bedrooms are carpeted and equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, an ensuite, and a walk-through wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom offers a double bunk bed and a loft single bed whilst the third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom features a shower and bath. For convenience there’s also a hot outdoor shower under the stairs, perfect for rinsing off the sand. During your stay, you have exclusive access the two designated resident parking spaces. If you need additional parking free parking is available across the road. You’ll have private access to the entire top floor and are free to use the secure, pet friendly back yard. Please note that the gate opens toward the reserve and park. The downstairs is currently rented by South Coast Surf Retreats & Adventure Therapy, offering various activities and classes to NDIS clients. The owner/operator will not be residing there during your stay but may need to access their surf equipment.
