It was an amazing stay, Bill is very helpful and the place is just as described and shown in the pictures. The localization is perfect, near ships, markets and places to eat. Very easy to find too. I didn't used all the amenities because I spent most of the time of my stay getting to know the island, so I can't tell much. But it had everything I needed for my stay, specially a washer/dryer. I didn't found so noisy as some people are saying, yes you can hear the next door people sometimes. But nothing that's annoying. I don't have anything bad to say really I definitely recommend and would stay there again 100%.

Bill’s place was fantastic-right next to everything in town and a perfect spot to launch from for all our adventures whether it be a day of boogie boarding at the beach, heading out to volcanoes np, or popping out for dinner/drink. We enjoyed all the beach equipment, which was generously shared, and passing time on the porch. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had all that we needed for meal prep. We appreciated Bill’s hospitality before and during our stay- his beach recommendations were wonderful and made our stay all the better. We did not get a chance to pop into the pool but passed it multiple times on our way in and out and it is a great quiet spot to hang out. Thank you Bill for sharing your place with us and the great communication throughout our stay.

Bill was a really excellent host. He reached out a few times to make sure we were doing well. He was super easy to work with and his condo met all of our needs. We definitely recommend for couples traveling with young children.

Fishy smell when entering-able to air out. Crazy noisy at night. Residents yelling. Honking their horns for fun for minutes on end in the middle of night-multiple nights. Cars and motorcycles racing at night on road outside the condo-startled us many times awakening us. Good-location was great. Central area for us to do shopping, restaurants and sight see. Older than expected accommodations. Linens were clean and soft. Washer and dryer was nice. AC was good. Beach items were a bonus! Pullout mattress not too great-this is where we can hear all the noise the worst. Bed in bedroom was nice. Very mixed feelings overall. Fair for value.
