Home and property were beautiful and our group of five work colleagues were comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Unfortunately the gas oven did not light and we had to cancel and re- plan our meal. Very disappointing and frustrating for a property that cost quite a bit. There has been no response as to reimbursement for the extra groceries or the inconvenience.

This was our second time staying at this house and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. The large backyard backing onto the river is sooo beautiful as are the walking trails along the river in both directions. It is a very comfortable home with lots of privacy and common spaces. We spent a lot of time playing gin in the library in the evenings after an easy drive into Hailey or Ketchum for dinners when we didn't cook in the HUGE kitchen. Highly recommend CK Real for dinner in Hailey, the Bumble Bee Tea and Ice Cream trailer in Bellevue, and the breakfast at Lucy's just up the street from the house. The house was very clean and easy to be in. I would definitely recommend it to others looking to stay in the Valley but looking for a little bit of privacy outside of town. It is a little bit of a drive to Ketchum (which we still did all the time) but an easy, quick trip into Hailey or the rest of Bellevue. It was just a lovely stay and we would be happy to book it again.

really dissatisfied with this place. like all air bnbs I have stayed at I wash all dishes and start laundry etc.. also pay a cleaning fee. this one however has a handwriting note asking me to leave $150 to hire a cleaner or clean everything myself like bathrooms and such and wash all laundry ect... this is just dumb I'm not going on a trip so I can pay for a cleaning fee then be asked to clean everything myself anyways or pay a second under the table cleaning fee. that's just trashy if you ask me. would never stay here again.
