This house is located in the North East area of Seattle, in the Cedar Park neighborhood, which is very peaceful with lots of trees and nature. Yet, it is less than a mile to Lake City shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Northgate Mall and University Village. Getting downtown is around 20 minutes drive.

Biking/Walking: The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and there are bike paths on the Burke-Gilman trail. Feel free to explore the area on foot or by bike.

For guests arriving by car, we have the following parking options:
On-Site Parking: We have 2 indoor parking spaces available for our guests, and 4 spaces on the drive way.
Street Parking: If on-site parking is full, street parking is available on 42nd Ave. Check for any parking restrictions or time limits, which are usually posted on street signs.
