Place was cozy and quiet. Fit 4 adults perfect..never felt crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and uncluttered. There is only 1 outside chair but we made due with sitting on coolers that we brought. Never used the kitchen other than the fridge, but I'm guessing everything works good. Love the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Ian for letting us stay!

my son and i had a great stay! this place is close to everything, 5 mins from the beach and a lot to choose from when you get hungry!
