Mieszkanie w super lokalizacji, blisko fajnych restauracji i większości głównych atrakcji. Fajny taras z pięknym klimatycznym widokiem. Niestety jest trochę minusów, samo mieszkanie było kiepsko posprzątane, naczynia i sztućce były brudne, klejące się. W łazience pod prysznicem była pleśń i kiepsko spływała woda. Krzesła na tarasie były zniszczone i niewygodne. Szkoda ze nie było leżaków. Pomimo minusów ogólne wrażenie na plus

The apartment was dirty when we checked in. And the towels and sheets were the disposable half-plastic ones. The host said that the cleaner forgot to clean the shower and that he will return but nothing in the apartment was cleaned. When we returned in the apartment after the cleaning it was cleaner than before but far from perfect. The towels where normal this time but the sheets were still the disposable ones. Other than that it was ok and as advertised but the dirtyness left a really bad first impression. And the host could have handeled the situation better. Would not reccomend.

We had a great stay at Michele's place. It's centrally located in Rome off a quiet street. walking distance to the river. Short uber or scooter ride pretty much anywhere. The outdoor space is great if that's important to you, although we didn't spend nearly as much time at the apartment as we thought we might. Giving it four stars though because there were just a bunch of things that could have been better: Check in experience, check out experience, there was broken glass in the kitchen, all communication from the host happened via Whats App (red flag). I also wouldn't recommend this place for anyone over 6 feet tall. It seems like everything was designed for hobbits. Everything from the shower and toilet to the staircase to the roof. I'm 5'10" and it was often uncomfortable. My girlfriend is 5'0" and even she noticed how small everything was. Very grateful to Michele for allowing us to stay but will probably try to find something else next time we're in Rome.
