The house is nice but it needs a little cleaning and there is no lake, it is dry and they should say that before renting since that is why I rented it thinking it had water

I stayed here for 3 days for spring break with some friends. When we got there, the kitchen floor was sticky and the mats were pretty dirty. The BBQ grill we were looking forward to was broken. The washer connecting the hose deteriorated so it was unusable. A lot of the kitchen stuff had food on it. There also wasn’t a lot of kitchen items and not a lot of appliances. Other than this, the house was great and in an amazing location. The fire pit at night was nice and we hiked down to the water. It was very quiet at night and I enjoyed my time here. Normally houses disclose when there are cameras on the outside, especially when there’s one pointed near the front door windows.

Troy's place is located in a quiet neighborhood with great views. We saw many deer feeding around the property. The property is very clean and comfortable furnishings. Bed was firm and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great seating up on the second floor rear porch as well as in the back yard. Troy was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again.
