Ivan er en god imødekommende vært. Meget rent og pænt hus. Beliggenheden er lidt isoleret, specielt i oktober. Vi oplevede at alt stort set var lukket.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ivans Villa. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht, man ist aber in wenigen Minuten in Labin. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und wir hatten reichlich Platz. Ivan hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay in Latin. The house is beautifully located with views both of the sea and the vineyards and the town. Equipment is very modern and the pool really great. It is a little remote but because of that you have peace and quiet and very fresh air even in the middle of the Summer. Ivan is a super nice host who helps with every issue, has great recommendations for the area and also let us taste the wine from his private wine garden :) we would love to come back.
