Good evening. The lodging turned out to be close to the place where the parties were held. We couldn't sleep. The landlord didn't warn us about this point. We had to change accommodations. Also, an expensive item was ruined. We gave it to the laundry through the reception. The issue of restoring the item was not resolved. We tried to resolve the issue many times, but neither the staff nor the host resolved it for 10 days.
