I could not open the key safe. ( myself and who I was with had all used a key safe both and had watched the video ). I rang Noki and they could not get maintenance to help or check the code to get in. I had to wait for 2 hours before they confirmed it. No help was offered in a situation where I had no accommodation and they made me cancel it. It was cold and I could have been alone. Full refund to be given. Airbnb was not help for at all either and took 24 hours to respond. I cannot comment on the flat as I could not get in!!!!!!

Great location for walks. Free on road parking. Light and spacious apartment. However, apartment was tidy but not clean. The work surfaces needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. The floors were also dirty. The glass tables were smeared with greasy marks. Sadly, there was no hand-wash as promised in the kitchen or en-suite. Shampoo was also not provided as per the listing. The whole place felt grubby and we had to clean the cutlery and crockery before we felt comfortable to use anything. The one dishwasher tablet and diluted washing up liquid was not sufficient so we had to buy our own. This could have been a wonderful place to stay if only the ironing board, iron, hoover and cot had been put away into a cupboard which there is ample space for and the cleaners had done a better job. I have stayed at many Airbnb places and there is usually some kind of directory to give instructions for the use of appliances eg the microwave. Nokia should check his staff are doing a decent job.
