The villa is in a great location close to town and the beaches. It also has a nice patio and pool area to enjoy. The potential of being a great holiday stay is let down by the lack of maintenance of its amenities. Reviews have been ignored for fixing simple things plus regular checking of amenities obviously does not occur so some toilets do not flush, shower head is clogged, bbq is breaking etc. Things could easily be improved with some attention.

We stayed at Villa Pineda in August 23, 7 Adults, 3 teenagers and one 6 year old. The Villa is perfectly positioned 2 min walk from two beautiful beaches and 10 min stroll from literally hundreds of shops and 30 plus restaurants and bars. The Villa is made up of the main building with 4 bedrooms all with Air con, kitchen, dining space, 2 lounge areas and 3 bathrooms. There is no aircon in the lounge and dining areas There is a seperate annexe with an additional 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom etc, our three teenagers stayed here and found it very comfortable, there was no aircon in the annexe but plenty of fans blasting in each room Outside is a nice pool which was cleaned every 2 days, its not massive but large enough for our party of 11 to use. Also BBQ which we used on two occasions. The Garden is surrounded by bushes, plants and flowers I was sceptical about booking the villa based on others commenting on smell etc. I honestly wouldnt hesitate booking this villa again!

We had a great time but we were only 8, 12 people would be very uncomfortable. Property needs a lot of maintenance. No information pack in the property so we had to hunt for the Wi-Fi code. Only one key which for 3 separate families was a pain even though there is a key safe, if you are in the annex you can’t get in if the main building is locked over night. No saucepans except one massive one and no plug or hot water in the kitchen making washing up difficult. On the up side very near two great beaches and loads of restaurants and shops. Pool was small but very welcome in the heat

Villan var bristfälligt städad, uteplats med möbler var inte städat alls, detta påtalades men ingen åtgärd gjordes. Unken lukt i hela huset, i annexet luktade det avlopp vilken kom från badrummet. Det var extremt dåligt tryck i vissa duschar samt i kran i köket. I ett badrum fanns bara hetvatten i blandaren. Utemöbler var slitet och delvis trasigt. Armatur nere i poolen lossnade och hängde lös i kabeln vilket felanmäldes och åtgärdades dagen efter, vi såg dock att samma fel har rapporterats av tidigare hyresgäster vilket kan innebära att man valt att inte göra nödvändigt underhåll. Med enkla medel och en ordentlig översyn hade alla dessa fel kunnat undvikas. WiFi fungerade ej vid ankomst då angivna uppgifter ej stämde, felanmäldes direkt vid ankomst men åtgärdades först tre dgr senare. Dålig räckvidd på Wi-Fi. vi är nöjda med läget på huset, poolen rengjordes varje morgon och var fräsch. Handdukar byttes efter halva veckan vilket uppskattades.
