We had this nice Cornish cottage for two people and our dog for a few days The cottage has everything you need for a nice stay in Cornwall. In a few minutes you are at the harbour of Charlestown. We would recommend that! I think this nice little garden would be even better in the summer, but it was quite nice. The kitchen had got everything we need and the local fish and chips store is just a few steps away. Grocery shopping, just around the corner. The communication with Jeremy was excellent, he had some nice hints for us.

Jeremy was helpful, flexible and friendly. The property has everything and more that you need for a relaxing stay. It is a great base to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate to have lovely weather so were able to enjoy our morning tea in the sunshine on the patio There is a binder with lots of useful information. A lovely cottage Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had more than we could have needed provided. The place is better than the pictures and is very central to St Austell. The garden is a lovely little sun trap and was a welcome addition that you don’t always have. Jeremy himself was super accommodating to us, helping us out greatly when our travel plans changed last minute. He was also incredibly flexible with check in/check out, given that we had no one staying either side of us.

Great stay. Quick response from jeremy to a few minor issues at check in. Location was fab -easy walk into charlestown, and short drive to pentewan sands, fowey and eden project. House was as described and bigger than expected. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone wanting a base in this area of cornwall
