Le séjour dans le logement s’est bien déroulé. La maison est conforme à la description malgré la mitoyenneté. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude et de plaque de cuisson mais celui-ci fût résolu le lendemain de notre arrivée. Dommage que l’utilisation de la Clim réversible soit limitée aux horaires fixés par le propriétaire. Le cadre est paisible et calme avec une superbe vue sur le Sant Salvador.

Maison au calme à la campagne. Très grande piscine avec plusieurs transats. Logement grand et literie confortable. Coin barbecue avec mobilier extérieur couvert (grille barbecue très lourde si vous voulez la descendre). Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais en comparaison avec une la maison similaire louée la semaine d’avant, le prix est un peu élevé- surtout avec une climatisation limitée à certaines heures et pas dans la pièce principale.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The pool was definitely the highlight. It was a pity that there was no AC in the main living areas particularly given the temperatures this year. It meant we didn't get to spend much family time together because everyone was hiding out in their bedrooms with the air conditioning. The AC was originally restricted to just a few hours but we asked if we could have more control because my daughter is autistic and can find intense heat distressing at times. Thankfully the owners agreed to let us use the AC more often for a charge of €20 per day. The pool was definitely the highlight of the villa. The only negative is that we stayed for 10 days and in that time we didn't receive any change of towels or bed linen which was disappointing.

Casa amplia limpia y con una piscina enorme lo unico malo que pondria es que esta alejada de la civilización y hay que hacer 20 minutos en coche para ir a cualquier lado pero lo demas todo genial

Great place in a quite neighborhood. Would say it’s a must to have a car since it’s a bit remote. We had a car and found it very nice. The pool is great and removed the urgent need for going off to the coast. We did some rock climbing in the Felanitx area + great access to DWS spots on the east coast. The house is great and the Host was very kind and attentive! Recommend the place, indeed a good value for the price.
