Newly refurbished and spacious 3 bed home. Located just a short walk from the 5 star Lough Erne Resort, right between two world class golf courses with amazing scenery and a lovely enclosed courtyard, this has to be the perfect place to explore all that Fermanagh is famous for. We have three large king size rooms (with super comfy beds) that can be configures into 2 x singles if needed. Great place for friends or family to come and make the most of this location.

Great stay for a wedding weekend, short walk up to the Lough Erne hotel. Very reasonable price and very happy with the house. & Ryan as a host. Highly recommend
check-in was really easy, Ryan was very helpful with any questions i had. accommodation is great, is clean but could do with a dust and some cobwebs gathered, but I am being fussy. location is perfect for a peaceful getaway but also not to far away from enniskillen for some shopping and bits to do.
The accommodation was fabulous, customer care and service was exemplary. Really enjoyed our stay which was for an event nearby. The property and grounds were envy inducing. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was around 2 dogs left unaccompanied in next door property who constantly yapped. This was not within the control of the host but more a poor reflection on those staying next door.
Just what we needed, great location, beautiful surroundings. The host was communicative and gave clear instructions for the check in. Would highly recommend!

We are situated within the grounds of the 5* Lough Erne Resort, a private development of holiday homes built in a beautiful courtyard which offers sheltered area laid in lawn with beautiful paths and a central water fountain. The location is right between Lough Erne and Castle Hume golf courses so theres loads of space to walk and enjoy the scenery.
We have lots of free parking available so no need to reserve this.
We provide a guest guide with details on local restaurants, tours, walks, experiences and activities so you can make the most of your time in Fermanagh.
