Communication was great, great location. Parking could have been explained a little better, it was very tight and seemed like a bit of a free for all but wasn't certain where in the basement was okay to park. Very easy to come and go as you please. It's alot smaller than the photos show and was very pricey for what it is. Oh, the floors are super slippery when in socks so take some grippy slippers. Overall, a good stay, will.come back again if there's nothing cheaper available.

Cosy, comfortable and well-furnished apartment, in a well-located, quiet apartment block. Communication was transparent, fast and friendly. Everything ran smoothly.

My wife and I stayed here at this location from middle of Dec 2021 through early January 2022. Overall, the place is very nice and a great value for money. This unit is about 5 miles from Birmingham City Center and is centrally located near the A45 roadway that allows very quick travel to any of the surrounding cities like Coventry or Kenilworth. There were a couple of hiccups in the first two days of our stay but after that, it was a pleasurable time. Parking is available for free in the underground garage. The building is very secure with electronic gates and key-fob entry. Place Description It is a modern apartment, clean and well furnished with modern amenities. The place is ideal for a couple or a couple with a small child. The size of a place is all relative--depending on where you are coming from, this unit can seem small or big. If you are coming from the smaller flats or apartments in a city like New York City where space is very limited, this unit is very large and spacious. If you are coming from a suburban house in the United States with large areas and big rooms, this unit will feel small. So size is all relative. I can say for our brief stay, there was plenty of room to spread out so two people won't feel cramped. The place has two rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom has two beds, a closet, two nightstands and a wall-mounted heater. The other room is the combined kitchen/dining room/living room. It consists of a fully furnished kitchen (including a clothes washer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, and a sink). The counter top appliances include a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen comes furnished with silverware, plates, bowls, and cookware so you don't have to worry about buying these items during your stay. This is a fantastic feature and really adds value to the rental. There is a dining table adjacent to the kitchen area to have your meals and next to the dining table is the "living room" where you have you full sectional sofa with cushions, a mounted television and a lamp. The bathroom is brand new with bright, clean and sleek fittings. Overall Experience The first two days was a challenging time. There was no hot water in the apartment and the closet door in the bedroom was broken. Fortunately, the host was incredibly responsive and arranged for a maintenance man to come on the second day of our stay. The maintenance man was able to restore the hot water and fix the closet door quickly. After the first two days, the remainder of the stay was a pleasurable experience. The building is very quiet and the walls are not so thin where you can hear people in their units. However, people being loud in the hallways can be heard but that rarely happened during our stay. The free parking in the underground garage is a huge convenience and the building sits within a secured area behind steel gates that are operated electronically.
