Beautiful spot, so quite and relaxing. The cabin was spotless and we felt right at home. Colm was very approachable, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back and would have no issues recommending the cabin to other people 😀

Me and my wife will definitely be back. One of the cosiest Airbnb’s we’ve been to in Ireland. Pro’s: Amazing view, peaceful and serene place. Lovely quiet spot to sit by the lake and relax. Nice deck with chairs and a gas grill. If you have a kayak, SUP, etc. perfect place to start. Close, 10-30 min drive, to multiple parks and trails. Checkout Ballycuggaran Forest, some fantastic views. Con’s: Just a few nitpicks, no blackout curtains with bedroom facing sunrise. Bed ok, but not great. If you want 5-star sleep, this isn’t it. Do as we did instead of sleep in, early up and watch the sunrise over the lake. :)

Most beautiful spot next to a lake! Colm was extremely friendly and his communication was perfect. I would highly recommend this stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our week at the cabin on the lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing and being surrounded by nature was perfect. The cabin itself was so neat clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and right at home. We had a lovely evening at the local pub The Larkins and the traditional Irish charm was very friendly warm and welcoming. Food was Amazing!! There's plenty to do and lots of places to visit nearby. Colm is a really nice friendly host. Couldn't ask for better. We would highly recommend his perfect little place and we will forever have fond memories of our little Irish getaway.
