We had a fantastic time at the home. The neighborhood was nice and the area was perfect. There were plenty of places to walk and the beach was just a 5 minute walk . The bedrooms all had bathrooms and everything was clean and organized. The pool was great but the spa was not working. Plenty of beach towels and linens. We would definitely book again. Thank you

The location is fantastic, close to ocean and canal, Julia is quick to respond but wants to manage communication off platform which I tend to be wary of. The place is really worn down, with broken furniture and broken tiles among a few, things literally, dishwasher hatch, fell apart as we where using them during our stay. AC was not able to cool down the top floor even though we followed instructions so it was running close to or above 80 during evening which is to hot for our taste.

While this is an older property, the house is in a perfect location, walking distance to both the ocean and to restaurants and bars. The space is very accommodating with room for 10-12 guests. It is quiet and sits on the waterway with a lovely view for gorgeous sunsets. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own bathroom. There is enough space to gather around the bar and yet provides privacy for individuals. the ample outdoor space is centered around a lovely pool with a hot tub and dining area. We would return to this site for next year's spring break!
