An adventurous drive up to a gorgeous mountaintop view - we had all we needed to have a relaxing, quiet weekend away. Eating dinner by candlelight; enjoying breakfast while watching the sun rise over the mountains; zigzagging trees and dodging leaves as we walked the ridge on the property. We’re excited to explore this property again!

If you have a heart for the Appalachian mountains and are looking for a way to indulge and actually be a part of the beautiful environment, BOOK HERE! What I love most about Airbnb is how it grants access to experiences we might not otherwise get to have and this stay is up there in uniqueness and value. My husband and I chose this spot for a much needed fall getaway. Lately, we've felt the need to disconnect and regain a sense of privacy and this mountain top was like getting to live in our very own world for a time. Our favorite features were the comfy couch, beautiful porch view, and the woodstove that made the whole experience so cozy! I will say this is not a Gatlinburg cabin rental (it's better!!) So my advice would be to consider it like an upgrade to camping being that facilities are rustic. But because it's inside, you still have so much space to use and are able to keep warm and cozy! Also, we were super thankful for my husband's truck for the climb up! 4WD will travel!

Great way to rewind, get off grid, enjoy nature. Will rent again after the holidays!!

It was great off grid, secluded, diamond in the rough retreat, with a great view. Very beautiful scenery and the drive up was a blast in my Jeep, as it was an easy drive and well-marked lane. Amy was very easy to communicate with, and her directions were very easy to follow and understand. Great memories were made, and my family said they would definitely go back again.
