My recent stay at this Airbnb property was unfortunately marred by significant cleanliness issues. The pool, a highlighted feature, was disappointingly dirty, rendering it unusable. Bed sheets and countertops showed signs of neglect, raising concerns about the overall hygiene of the accommodation. Most concerning was the presence of mold in certain areas, impacting both health and overall comfort.

Every other review for this place is FAKE, this is the only honest review for this place. My family and I rented this entire property for 23 days and this place has been a absolute nightmare. We only stayed at the house for 12 days even though we paid rent for 23 days. We live in Canada and visited Bangladesh to attend our sister’s wedding. This place looked suitable and I contacted the host prior to booking and he absolutely assured me this place was clean and everything was up to foreign standard. My family and I arrived at 4am in the morning after a long flight and nightmare started right away. The place was absolutely filthy, floors were filled with dust, walls were covered in filth and spider webs, none of the bathrooms has toilet paper or soap. Three of the 5 bathrooms didn’t have any water and the other two had very little water pressure, definitely not enough to shower. When messaged the owner, a cleaning lady was sent next morning by 10am and she swept the floor and mopped with only water. However did not clean the walls. One of the reason to rent the house because it had a pool for my kids to use but the pool did mot have any water and the maid told us I it was broken. Place was rented as COVID 5 start clean, however the cleaning told us, she did not know what that meant and she only cleans with water and no other disinfectant. She also did not wipe any surfaces, only dusted the place. The power went off multiple times and later we found out it went because the owner did not pay for some electricity card and the city shut the power off. The dining room Was flooded at least on 3 occasions due to plumbing issues. None of the beds had any blankets or extra linens, towels were only provided in two bathrooms. The owner of the house was over everyday invading our privacy, he even conducted business out of the house while we were staying there, even though we rented the entire house. He attempted to fix the plumbing issues himself instead hiring a professional and the issues never got fixed. When the owner was confronted with all issues, his answer was “I NEVER RENTED THIS PLACE BEFORE, and that’s why I didn’t know things were wrong with the place. “ I booked this place after reading the reviews of other guest, so does that this are fake reviews??? The pool was not filled until 2 days before we left and it didn’t have filter or pump, therefor the water disgusting. I can go on and on about how many things were wrong. Everyone please beware and do not book this place. This place should not be advertised on AIRBNB as it’s not fit for rental. If I could, I would file a law suit as my family suffered greatly by staying at this horrible and disgusting place. They did not follow any COVID protocols and advertised this place under false pretence. The reviews were purchased or added by their relatives. When asked for partial refund because we had to purchase our own towel, soap, toilet paper and even had to check into a hotel to shower on the day of the wedding because the place didn’t have any water for over 4 hours, the owner declined our request. AIrbnb should take some responsibility for advertising such a terrible place.

Mushrif was very helpful. The house is beautiful inside-out and has a great structure. The flower trees are very nice too. However, the pool is a bit small. Other than that, there is a maid who comes in the morning and stays as long as you need.
