Quiet location, perfect for a family summer reunion. House and property is well maintained and only a short drive from beach, fishing grounds or awesome restaurants nearby.

What a wonderful vacation home! Mikhail ensured anything we needed (or might need) was supplied. There was pretty much everything for all ages, including a pack-n-play or toddler bed if needed. The kids of all ages loved the pool and all of the games/toys. It is in a beautiful location, close to 6A (my personal favorite) and within walking distance of an adorable pond/beach. Mikhail was incredibly responsive with anything we needed while we were there. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!! As one of the teens said “it’s a sick house!”

Awesome home and very well organized instructions. House had everything detail for an extended family vacation on Cape Cod. Pool. BBQ and Firepit all top notch. Lawn for the kids to play on. Game room for the adults. Smart TV and Internet throughout the house. Well done Mikhail, thank you.
