After settling in we found for the most part the place is clean. If we were only going to be there a couple of days we would not have bothered to point out some concerns to Hugo. Hugo did visit us when we contacted him and replaced a couple of items that needed replacement.. ( garbage can, can opener and dish towels). What we did find however, was the condo had some repair and replacement requirements that needed attention but did not seem to be of conern to the owner when pointed out to him. Some of the most obvious concerns were: the stove, basically we had 1.5 poorly operating burners of the 4 burner stove and the oven door did not close properly. It is old and needs replacing; one of the faucet taps in the bathroom was off, and the shower hole cover was missing its screws, this could be hazardous if somebody tripped; The lanai needs its holes fixed because bugs fly in; the lanai furniture seats has mildew and the table needs its glass removed and the edges cleaned. It’s a good quiet place in a private area you have lots to do around you you have places you can go. Everything is right around the corner, the owner of us very friendly and kind.
