This is a very rural 10 acre farm about 5 miles from the Lost Coast, you will have the house to yourself, but there are other tenants who live on the property be mindful of there privacy. Nearby attractions include the beautiful Mattole River, can be accessed via A.W. Way County Park, about 7 miles away. You can walk or bike to the local Community Center which hosts a farmers market every Sunday year round. You can also walk or bike to the local general store and post office. Located across from the store is a lovely food truck-The North Fork Cafe. Please be respectful of private property, the appropriate beach access is Mattole Beach. This is the wild so be aware of not attracting animals, put your windows up, don't leave garbage or food outside, close your door at night to keep skunks and raccoons from coming in. Take a moment to enjoy the dark night sky.
