Ryan’s AirBB was very conveniently located and literally up the street from the water - and approximately a 20 minute drive to Panama City Beach. Ryan had all of the kitchen essentials necessary to cook a quick breakfast too. We appreciated the privacy and screened in patio where we could enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

I don’t have enough great things to say about this Wonderful host and his property The host was very responsive and all of my requests and I even lost my phone in an Uber and had to inconvenience him at an early time in the morning which is normally not my style. He handled it so gracefully and let me use his iPad and phone to be able to locate my phone The location was quiet and peaceful The amenities were exactly as listed and everything was very clean Lots of nearby food and restaurants recommend an Uber just for cost alone

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood at the back of Ryan's property. It is big enough for a couple or as in our case two friends, when you are okay with sharing a bed. However, when you both bring suitcases it can get a bit too cozy, but we managed :) The kitchen offers a lot of utensils, bathroom was clean and stocked with towels, soap, shampoo etc. We would have loved some storage place like a dresser or small wardrobe which would help with the suitcase situation as well. The place has a big outside area with mosquito nets all around, so you can enjoy spending some time there. Unfortunately it was a bit dusty, maybe because it hadn't been prepared for the summer season yet. We used it nevertheless for enjoying our breakfast. The communication with Ryan was super easy and quick and he was really helpful. Thanks again for taking us in on short notice and helping us out with our hotel situation.

Abbey Road Cottage was just what we expected. it was the cleanest Airbnb we've ever visited! The space was neat and tidy with all the amenities we needed. The dedicated parking space next to the unit was nice and convenient. The large screened porch was a wonderful plus as was the private yard. Ryan was responsive and gave great information. We would stay with Ryan again.
