Welcome to The Mooring House! Located on Murphy Point in Mystic, our 4 bedroom home has water views of the Mystic Harbor and Mason's Island. Short 4 minute walk to the Mystic Amtrak train station and an 8-10 minute walk to historic downtown Mystic. 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Outdoor deck with BBQ grill and outdoor lounge area in the backyard patio. Home office and a bonus home gym with a Peloton bike! The Mooring House sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. The large master bedroom suite is on the main floor with a king size bed, master bathroom with dual vanity and shower, and aa bonus home gym with a Peloton bike! Free for you to use; just bring your own clip-in spin shoes and log into your own profile. The home gym also has a smart TV with the Peloton app for their off-bike workouts. *Due to covid-19, please bring your own yoga mat and workout gear. Our workout equipment will not be available to use at this time.* Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms: -Bedroom #2: Queen size bedroom -Bedroom #3: Queen size bedroom -Bedroom #4: Full/double size bunkbeds -1 full bathroom -1 half bathroom The main living space features an open-floor concept with living room, dining room, kitchen, and another half bathroom. A home office is off the living room; perfect for remote working. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Sling, and HBO Max apps already connected -- just log into your own account to start watching. The beautiful kitchen features a large island with 5 bar stools. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for a home cooked meal. BBQ tools are also available to you. The outdoor deck is off the main living space, with BBQ grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The stairs from the deck leads down to the backyard with another outdoor lounge area. -No Parties. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood; please be respectful of our neighbors. -No Pets. -No Smoking.

My 4 girlfriends and I choose a destination around New England for a girls weekend every year, and this stay didn’t disappoint. We came from all directions, and arrived before the stated check-in time and Eunice was able to change the lockbox so we could gain early access. The house was well-appointed and immaculate, with a beautiful vase of flowers and a bottle of wine awaiting us. In between adventures, we loved sitting around the large kitchen island and chatting out on the sunny back patio. We would highly recommend this space to anyone who is visiting the Mystic area.
My family and I had an amazing time at Eunice’s place. From the handwritten welcome note, bottle of wine, fresh tulips, and spotless and comfortable home, the entire stay was flawless and we hope to come back soon!!

The Mooring House was the perfect place for our annual reunion weekend. The location was perfect, the house was so well equipped with everything you need for a weekend away, and the sunsets from the deck were spectacular! Thank you for such a special weekend for our group celebrating 30+ years of friendship, we all had an amazing stay at your lovely home. We will be back next year for sure!
Eunice’s home was lovely to stay for the weekend with friends. Walkable to downtown mystic and restaurants. Beautiful water views. She is very responsive and helpful!

Perfect location, walk to downtown Mystic. Close to Mystic Seaport, the Aquarium, local wineries, breweries, Stonington Borough, and Foxwoods Casino. 2 1/2 hours drive from NYC and 2 hours drive from Boston. 25 min drive to Misquamicut Beach and Watch Hill in RI.
Our home is a short 4 min walk to the Mystic Amtrak train station. Perfect for city folks from NYC and Boston without cars (though we do have off-street parking in our driveway if you bring your car). Historic downtown Mystic is an 8-10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops.
