Kylies house was a beautiful spot right on the water with deck spaces and beach front to enjoy the summer day and sunset right from the house! beds were extremely comfortable and lots of cooking equipment for family dinners!

Kylie was beyond accommodating with my group! We had the best time here and she was so responsive. I felt comfortable and knew she’d be right there if we needed help! Wonderful location, and WORTH it if you want the home away from home feeling. We will be back!

We loved our stay. The house was so cozy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the peaceful view of the water and the access to the canoe and kayaks. Kylie was incredibly helpful and so quick to respond. The house was located just minutes from UVM (which made the college tour a fun vacation). We enjoyed Burlington and Winooski and even found a farm stand with goats and fresh fruits and veggies. It was the perfect escape from a chaotic schedule. Well worth every penny. Kylie is a phenomenal host and didn’t skip a detail to make our stay wonderful. We wished we had longer to stay.

The location was perfect for our young grandchildren to enjoy the sandy beach, warm water, and the sallow depth. The home was spacious with everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful stay on Malletts Bay. The unit faces directly West, so the sunsets were specular. The family verdict was to come back soon for a longer stay, which we hope to do soon.
