Lalita House Yoga Camp is located in the calm residential área of Ribamar sourrended by a peaceful local environment to allow you to relax, enjoy the nature and the neighborhood The House is composed by a spacious 4 bunch beds dorm with access to the front terrace, two private double rooms with garden view, fully equipped kitchen (meals prepared and served by the staff) , 4 bathrooms with big showers, backyard garden with chill out area and a quiet yoga shala. Lalita House Yoga Camp is a simple and cozy family house where Monica and Adriano Mesquita, with their baby Lalita Sara, welcome everybody who wishes to live in – depth the yoga lifestyle. We chose to call it Yoga Camp because during your stay you will be offered an autenthic retreat to start or continue a strong relationship with yoga and understand the real aim of this discipline. Everyone is welcome; all shapes and sizes and all levels of experience – beginners included. We are a community-oriented, mindful living family. Here you can relax, find good energies, reconnect with yourself. In our house the guests turn into friends and sometimes part of the family. We organise all year long courses, retreats, trainings and workshops following the traditional yoga curriculum. The porpuse is to share with you the knowledge of Yoga, to invite you in a vital and spiritual journey and give you the opportunity to create a more equitable relationship with body & mind

I had a good stay. It is a beautiful house, nearby the sea in a calm neigbourhood. With a car/taxi you’re in No time in Ericeira or one of the other small towns in the area. It’s a nice place if you want to relax and want To do some yoga or surfing nearby. Good communication with Monica eventhough she was about to have a baby!
Ich habe mich bei Monica auf Anhieb willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und strahlt so viel positive Energie aus. Bei Fragen wurde einem direkt geholfen und die Lage ist sehr ruhig abseits der Hauptstraße. Der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen. Ich bin froh, dass ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden habe und hoffe eines Tages die Möglichkeit zu haben wiederzukommen.
My friend and I are so so happy we stayed at this place! The house is super nice and clean with a yoga room that we were allowed to use & a beautiful backyard. There is a path that leads directly to the most breathtaking cliffs and beaches (around 10-15min walk) and there are great surfspots nearby. Thank you so much Monica for the wonderful time! :)
Der Aufenthalt war ein Genuss. Adriano war ein wundervoller und herzlicher Gastgeber (Monica war leider nicht da). Viele positive neue Eindrücke rund um die vegane und vegetarische Küche, um Yoga und Meditation kennengelernt und gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!😍wer in Portugal unterwegs ist muss hier hin kommen.
Monica and Adriano are the perfect hosts and Lalilta Yoga House is a peaceful retreat for anyone escaping the daily grind. Monica sorted my surf and yoga sessions with ease and direct communication, plus she recommended beautiful things to do for the duration of my stay in Ericeira. The house is huge, with a gorgeous terrace out front, a beautiful garden out back and an amazing yoga studio where you're able to do solo practice as well as classes with Adriano. If you're lucky to stay here, you won't be disappointed. It's easily the best homestay I've ever stayed and I can't wait to go back. Gabrielle x

You will live at just 1.5 km to the beach of Ribeira da Ilhas, well known surfing destination of the unique European World Surf Reserve. The Village of Ericeira is at 2 km only and reachable through a 20 minutes walk on the wonderful oceanic cliff with a stunning view to the Atlantic, or by bike through a safe bicycle path, or at 3 minutes by car.
