We had an excellent stay at Finca Anastasia. Julie and Mati are wonderful hosts, not to mention their adorable dogs and cats. They always replied promptly to our messages and gave us the information we needed. The finca is located in the mountains next to the natural park Montes de Malaga, 30 min north of the airport. The last 4 km are winding, but it's manageable. The finca is beautiful both inside and out, exactly as shown in the photos. It is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Julie and Mati completely renovated it in 2021 with an ecotourism vision. The views of the mountains with their fields of almond and olive trees are breathtaking. We felt so at home that it was hard to leave the Finca to visit the region. We'll always remember our crazy footbal games on the pitch. Julie and Mati are committed to their project. We wish them all the best. If you're looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature and meet very nice people, Finca Anastasia is the place. Thank you

La estancia en la finca Anastasia ha sido inmejorable. Julie y Mati siempre han estado pendientes a nosotros para que estuviéramos como en casa. Pocas veces he visto un apartamento tan completo, no faltaba ni un detalle y encima super amables y cercanos. Lo recomiendo 100% no dudamos en repetir la experiencia.

Finca Anastasia is a place of inspiration and natural beauty. It is a very special place with beautiful stargazing, breathtaking mountain views, and hygge. Mathias and Julie are pouring their kindness and energy into this project, and it shows in the lovely atmosphere they are cultivating. The hosts are really wonderful, and shared lots of helpful information before and during our visit. The dogs are so gentle and friendly, my kids had a hard time saying goodbye! And despite an unseasonably chilly rainstorm, we were cozy indoors with a fire, warm teas, and very comfortable blankets. The electric heating kept the bedrooms warm and comfortable for our little ones. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

The energy of this place helped us as a family to connect with each other in a great way! Being at the finca there is something for everyone to enjoy: read, play with the animals, do sports, go on a hike, visit a nearby village. Its so different from staying in the city where there are so many decisions and negotiations to make of where to go. This is a place that allows to "just be", which makes it very easy to enjoy each others company. Juli and Mati shared their passion for their project and way of living. Much love!

We had a lovely stay at Julie & Matis beautifully refurbished finca. Julie & Mati are super hosts, very welcoming and sharing of their home and permaculture life style. We found it very interresting and inspiring to stay and experience the farm and sorrundings. We also had great fund with the cats and dogs who imidiatly accepted us as part of their pack :-) The house was a little cold, but that was fixed with olive tree logs for the fireplace. We hope to visit again soon.
