What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful house of Luis & Isabel. Communication with them was very good & helpful. The house was perfectly clean and we enjoyed all the facilities of the house and the beautiful view from the large balcony every day.

We stayed at this apartment earlier in the summer as well- you cannot beat the location! Right at the top of a hill with the patio overlooking the whole of the valley of Teulada/Moraira down to the sea- absolutely stunning view and a BBQ on the patio to sit out and enjoy it it. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking and leave early this time due to personal circumstances :( The host Luis was very understanding. Thanks Luis for the lovely time we have spent there!

Absolutely beautiful location- you can sit out on the balcony/patio and see all the way down The Valley to the sea- could look at that view forever! Really bright airy apartment- the breeze comes through with all the windows open - keeping you cool in hot August! The communal pool is huge! There are timings when there is a life-guard but you can swim at any other time at your own risk, and I enjoyed the most lovely quiet swim every morning - bliss. The hosts are very responsive to messages and helpful for any needs.

Was prima locatie en huis was royaal genoeg voor 2 personen. Slechts sorry zeggen op de ontbrekende diensten waar we rekening mee hadden gehouden viel ons erg tegen. Luis kan met die kritiek niet zo goed omgaan want excuseert zich meermalen maar geeft geen enkele blijk van service of oplossing. Keuken was helaas echt vies. Op de koelkast ligt voor maanden kleverige stof en dat was op se afzuigkap ook en hebben we voor het ergste een lapje overheen gehaald. Op de vaatwasser hebben we een plaatje plastic gelegd want die was ook erg vies. De zwarte schimmel op de kitranden in de keuken en badkamer vinden wij best vies en armoedig. Planten binnen zijn van plastic en planten op terras is armoedig net als het schilderwerk buiten. Wij zijn van mening dat het huis toe is aan wat onderhoud.
