My family and I had a lovely stay here. The house is fantastic - lots of space, everything you might need from oven, microwave, dishwasher to ironing board and washing machine (it was a holiday with a work trip to follow, so these really helped). All the amenities are there, TV, books, etc, even a massage chair! There is a Petanque run and boules there too, which we loved playing, as well as table tennis equipment. The pool is perfect - nice size, clean and ideal to cool down in (30+C while we were there); our kids never stopped playing in it. The view, especially, of the valley and hills is stunning, so we had food outside with that view every time. The house is on a trail away from busy roads, so is tranquil and quite too. François was an excellent host. He was available not far away if we needed him (though all was fine) - very kindly messaged us when storms were due. He also helped us on local info for planning our holiday (Aix and the surrounding areas are beautiful). Leaving us very tasty home-grown tomatoes and cantaloupe was a lovely touch too. Highly recommended!

François’s house was perfect for what we were looking for: a confortable accommodation after busy, sunny and wonderful days discovering the Provance area. At the end of the days we could refresh ourselves at the swimming pool, cook our dinner with fresh ingridients bought at provence markets, sipping amazing rose local wine, ejoying our time togheter . The house is located at a wooded area, with birds singing. The sunrise is just in front of the kitchen window with amazing views. The kitchen is super complete, beds are confortable, showers are very good. The house was very clean. François was very kind, polite and available. I would stay here over and over again and highly recomend François property.

¡Vista inmejorable de los bosques y las montañas! Total privacidad y en medio de la naturaleza pero muy cerca de Aix en Provence y muchos puntos de interés de la Provenza. La enorme piscina y el jardín son geniales para descansar y disfrutar del sol y las vistas. La casa es muy cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, hacer barbacoa y probar los sabores de Provenza. Sin duda volvería.

Wow what a hidden gem. The villa was set in a forest with a million dollar uninterrupted view to the mountains. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers (13-17yrs) who fully enjoyed all that Villa Lena had to offer. The pool was perfect (5m x 10m ish) and deep enough to dive into. Table tennis, table football and pentanque also kept us busy. There are supermarkets at Venelles and Meraygues and you can purchase fresh baguettes at the Total garage just outside Le puy-saint-reparade. It is a perfect location if you want to get away from it all and explore the region. We would recommend in particular the Verdon Gorge and a trek down to a calanque (you will need to wear trainers or better). Your host François is very friendly and helpful and will answer any queries you have quickly - a perfect host.
