El departamento muy cómodo sobre todo las camas, coincide tal cual las fotografías, excelente rooftop y la zona muy bonita El fin de semana se escucha un poco de ruido de un bar pero no muy molesto, lo que sí nos molestó fue una noche hizo ruido al parecer un aire acondicionado en una de las recámaras. En general muy buen lugar relación calidad precio, si lo recomiendo

This place was beautiful! And it was an easy check in and it was very close to the beach. But the host was hard to get in contact with about any questions.

First off I will say it is a beautiful home in a lovely location,walking distance from 5ave/ocean.The host is very responsive. MAJOR ISSUES: -After travelling all day, there was trouble checking in and had to contact host. -Got one key for 6 guests -When finally let us into complex, we saw the apartment door was open and the place was a mess from the previous guests.We contacted the host then had to wait 3 hours for it to get cleaned. -Was told i would be refunded $50USD and never recieved -The next morning we saw the bathroom ceiling was caving in and pieces of the ceiling/leaking water were falling all over the floor. Had to spend all day and the next day waiting for people to come in and out fixing it. -Car got a boot on the tire from parking out front(more time and $) -BIGGEST issue. One guest who was registered with everyone else staying there tried to come back without a key(as we only had 1) stated his name and mine.He was denied entry and was ARRESTED.(Lots more time and $

The location worked out great for my fily since I was traveling witj my 1yr old. It was away from the large crowds and noise, loved that we had parking space and easy access through the elevator. all worked out great amd will definitely stay here again!

The location was far enough away from busy 5th Ave that street noise was never a problem. But it was close enough that finding restaurants, shopping, taxis, and coffee were easily walkable and easy to find. The only con was that the apartment didn’t have some basic things for keeping the place tidy. We would have loved a broom to sweep the sand off the floor, paper towels or hand towels for the kitchen counters, trash bags that fit & more than 1.5 rolls of TP for 4 people for a week stay. We did bring up the TP situation to Daniel & someone brought 2 rolls to us, 2 days later. By that time we had obviously went to the store & bought more ourselves. Not the end of the world, but we’d recommend picking up some basic things like that. The listing also mentioned that for stays of 7 or more days that housekeeping would come in & they would charge us. That didn’t happen either. Overall the place was great. Comfy beds, great pool, good location, and easy to find.
