This Secret Garden inspired studio apartment features a Bedgear queen size bed, plush decorative pillows, a desk & dresser. There is a 2-burner elective stove, mini fridge, microwave and mini Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom and kitchenette are ADA compliant. The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer. Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program. Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs. In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park. Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

I have loved staying at The Factory in the past, but it makes me sad to say that this time my experience was less than good. I arrived about 45 min before the check in time and sent a message just asking if I check in a little early. I was told that the room was ready and I could check in early for a $50 fee. $50 for less than an hour??? The bed frame in my room was broken but I didn't notice till I went to sleep, so I slept on a broken bed and reported it in the morning. We made arrangements for maintenance to come after 3. I checked at 5:30 and then 6:30 but still no one came. Finally around 7 after I expressed frustration they said he was on his way. He finished replacing the bed by 9 PM, thankfully before I needed to get to bed. I love the community here, but the rooms really need to be gone through and worn out/broken stuff needs to be replaced. I really enjoy staying here but this was a huge disappointment.

The place was super cute. Fit my needs especially being pet friendly. There is a small fenced in area for dogs which was very helpful. The building was beautifully done. Our bed was broken and my boyfriend and I were able to get it back together for our stay. That was the only funky part to our stay. I messaged the host and the cohosts were quick to respond. For being in a big building, the space felt private. It was nice.

loved this place! fun games in the basement, very cute, i loved that the TV had spotify. and it was close to the manchester mall and walkable to elm street. also easy parking! thank you!

Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a Bedgear performance mattress, temperature-balancing pillows, and super soft, breathable sheets. Each unit also has a full kitchenette stocked with basic essentials and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath linens. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. Our cozy and modern decor in-unit and throughout the property features work by local and visiting artists, including those who are part of our Artists in Residency program.
