This was just beautiful, exactly what we were hoping for, better than that actually. Amazing views, wonderful house, very well equipped with anything you could think of. We were sad we had to go home again

Summertime Villa was an absolutely perfect place! The views were breathtaking, the villa was very well stocked and furnished. They thought of everything! We had a great time with plenty of room for our party of six. Great location and easy to get anywhere. Definitely sad to leave this place and will be coming back soon!!

The place was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The house itself needs some updates. The bathrooms had issues with septic smells which carrried into the pool area and the bedrooms. I communicated this with the host at the end of the visit. There are no fans inside the house. This would have been nice, especially since doors could not be open at night because of the mosquitoes. Air conditioning only works from 7-10pm and only in select rooms. I wish the kitchen was better stocked. There were only baby forks and no spoons or knives. We went out and purchased some for villa. We left them there for the next guest. As well as spices and oils. The grounds are beautifully kept. There was a grounds keeper that came in mid way through to service the pool. The pool area was extremely slippery so be careful. 3/4 stars for this villa.

The house is beautiful and works well for sharing with other couples. Great views and privacy. However, there were several issues with the house during our stay. One bedroom (one of the nicest) on the ground floor was infested with termites & couldn’t be used. Luckily, we only had three couples so could use the rooms on the top floor. The smooth tile used around the pool is very, very slippery when wet. This is very dangerous especially because there is no railing to grab as you enter or exit the pool. The owners should really put in a safety rail. Other issues were minor. If the washer and dryer are used together it blows a fuse which also takes out the refrigerator. The hot/ cold water is reversed in two showers. (These quirks should be in the notes). Van Engelenburg is a management group. Our contact, Daily, was very responsive replying within minutes to emails and solving issues ASAP. They even gave us back some money on the rental. I would consider them a super host.
