Nádherné místo v Savoně. Skvěle vybaveno, vše čisté a uklizené. Nemovitost je nádherná s plným komfortem - klimatizace, pračka, venkovní posezení, bazén, zahrada pro děti a soukromým parkováním v podzemní garáži. Nejkrásnější ubytování co jsme kdy měli. Umístění vedle nádraží a cesty nebyl problém, v noci nijak nerušilo pobyt. Všem bych ubytování doporučil, s dětmi ideální místo, kde si v podvečer užijete bazénu (vždy jsme byli sami). Naprosto perfektní, nechtělo se nám vůbec domů.

Une très belle villa, où nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La partie la plus ancienne date du 17ème siècle. Elle est aujourd'hui découpée en appartements (dont celui où nous étions), une petite partie seulement semble occupée encore par les propriétaires "historiques". Un peu défraîchie, mais quel charme ! Et sa situation est absolument surprenante, deux niveaux au dessus de la rue. Le jardin a été tronqué, mais il en reste une partie très agréable. La piscine n'est pas d'époque, même si c'est maintenant "ancien monde", mais puisqu'elle existe, j'en ai bien profité chaque matin et toute seule, le luxe! A 5 minutes de la gare d'où on se rend à Gênes en 1h, à 10 minutes de la plage publique, et à 15 minutes du centre ville historique, parfait ! Et les commerces nécessaires à proximité dans le quartier. Nous recommandons!

Thank you to Agostino for making us feel so welcome on arrival! The place is as described and as photos, very comfortable, clean, and everything you need. Less than 5 mins from the station and east to get to if travelling from Genoa Airport. Would definitely recommend 😊

Wir hatten einen angenehmen 7 tägigen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern (10&4 Jahren). Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und freundlich mit netten Tipps für die Gegend. Es ist ein privater Parkplatz direkt am Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Hinter dem Haus verläuft die Bahnstrecke weswegen es gelegentlich etwas lauter wird, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein schönes Anwesen mit einem gemeinsamen Pool. Strand, Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Affreschi for a week and it was truly a delightful experience. The beautifully painted walls inside the villa exuded a sense of history that made me feel connected to the place. The garden's beauty was matched only by the refreshing pool, creating a perfect oasis of relaxation. The villa's privacy makes it an ideal retreat for couples or families with children. Its proximity to the beach was an added bonus, allowing for convenient beach outings. Agostino's hospitality was exceptional; his recommendations for other nearby beaches added to the overall charm of the stay. Would highly recommend Casa Affreschi for an enchanting getaway.
