Gratísima experiencia en el Bastión. La casa es simplemente espectacular. No falta absolutamente nada y se nota el cuidado en los detalles. Es muy acogedora y las habitaciones y los baños están más que bien. Daniel es realmente un súper anfitrión dando respuesta muy rápida a cualquier necesidad o inquietud que nos surgía. Altamente recomendable!

What an incredible place! The views are amazing, the house is spacious and so well cared for. Plenty of room for 2 families with 4 teens. The kitchen table is perfect for large family style meals. Labastida is great to explore. Great walk to the top of the hill and trails to run. Butcher, baker and candlestick maker kind of town. Small but has everything you need. And Haro just 5 minute drive away. Great jumping off point for Rioja wineries. Could not be more satisfied.

Our family of 10 gathered at Daniel's place for my mother's 80th birthday for three days. It was the perfect place to celebrate her. The house is beautifully restored and is exactly as described in the pictures. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are new and perfect, as well as the kitchen, dining and living rooms. It has all the amenities that you need for a magical stay. El Bastión is located right in Labastida, in the best wine region of La Rioja. The views from the house are stunning and you can walk easily from the house around town and to local wineries. Daniel is wonderful! He is charming and responsive and was very helpful in arranging some reservations to tour two neighboring wineries. We definitely will love to come back one day to this gorgeous place!
