Absolutely a wonderful experience. Loved how the house was themed to reflect its location. Northern Neck and on the River. Great details. lots of space for everyone. The downstairs was a bonus for us with the games, large screened TV and ping pong. Super space for families. and the view was superb.

We loved Labor Day weekend at this Airbnb. A ranch plus basement was very comfortable for my family and the view from the kitchen to the river was commented on multiple times throughout the weekend. The kayaks were a great afternoon paddling around and we ate in every night grilling and enjoying the deck and screened in porch. We hope to come back to the Northern Neck soon!

The important details were 100% accurate - amenities as described, host very responsive, extremely clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Photos do not do house and setting justice. It is beautiful and very quiet. Every kitchen item you could possibly need. Kayaks with decent paddles and life jackets. There was even a kiddie wading pool in the shed which we used daily. Caught a few crabs in the trap (released them and got steamed crabs delivered by local crab guy host connected us with). Spacious dock with hoses and electricity. Plus bald eagles and lots of hummingbirds.
