Karl was a great host very welcoming providing a first class BB service and a very generous breakfast He was knowledgeable about the island geography and had a wealth of interesting historical information too Facilities perfect for our stay a big comfy king size bed a generous large en-suite plus outside space to sit and plan each days activities We felt right at home in our surroundings and would highly recommend a stay at Bosun Lodge Thank you Karl for a lovely stay Liz and Kevin

Karl was an excellent host. He made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and the breakfast was really good. We had a very nice time there and we got plenty of exercise and when we mentioned that we were going to the garlic festival, Karl and David very kindly gave us a lift. I would recommend staying with them if you are in Cows.

Wir hatten viel Verspätung und waren erst nach Mitternacht in Cowes. Karl hat uns dann schon am Fähranleger abgeholt und in sein Haus gebracht. Ganz toller Service, Karl ist klasse! Ach ja, die Bosun Lodge ist auch super. Riesen Empfehlung!

Very warm welcome. Karl is easy, relaxed and made us feel immediately at home. We had everything we needed including a brilliant shower! Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, following good selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt and juices. We really enjoyed the room’s private patio and being able to sit and relax outside at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this for couples.
