Vu was a fantastic host! She was very accommodating and flexible on our check-in time which was greatly appreciated. Her home was perfect and I will definitely look to stay at this location again.

Nice Place but my family ran into too many issues during our stay. The heat didn't work properly mainly on the bottom level where it stayed around 59-62 degrees before (we had to get a couple of space heaters to stay warm), dirty hand towels upon entering (we had to wash all the towels), fire alarm kept beeping upon entering (we turned the battery around per the owner but it kept beeping so I had to get a brand new battery), before booking back in the middle of September, I asked were there TVs in the bedrooms and the owner "volunteered" they would supply TV's for the rooms but that didn't happen. I asked again in the middle of September, and I didn't get a response until a month later but by then it was almost Thanksgiving and time for us to travel. And finally, the TV that was in the master bedroom, we couldn't get it to work. While the owner was responsive nothing was resolved by them. We had to personally resolve all issues.
