The apartment is a cute and cozy little place suited for comfort. The location is close to good food and hangout spots. While we did not need to contact him, André kept an open line of communication open if we did need him.

The place was nice and has great potential. The downside was the place didn’t seem like it was prepared for guests. There was a candle broken behind the dresser in the upstairs bedroom, seemed like no heat was on in there for a while (very freezing for a few hours), and previous bedding was still left behind in the dryer. For a place that wasn’t well prepared it was asking for a lot on checkout date. Starting the dishwasher is understandable, placing used items in a hamper, and possibly taking the trash out, but washing multiple loads including bed sheets, and deep cleaning counters seems like a stretch especially when we are paying a cleaning fee. We are very clean guests and never leave a mess behind, but it seemed as if we were prepping for the next. As I stated before the building has potential, just wasn’t well prepared. Still convenient and well worth the price we paid! Located in a great location, close to downtown, and very easy to access.

I loved the simple, cozy charm of this place. It was close to Pepperell where we had to go every day of our visit. We didn't stay long enough to sample many local restaurants; perhaps next time! The apartment was very clean and stocked with the bare essentials for a short visit. Hannaford's Grocery store is nearby and we were able to get everything we needed. A charming place to stay and a good value!
