We stayed for 2 months and overall had a very good experience. Very walkable to the river front as well as restaurants and a publix pretty close by. The hot water runs out quick as I expected based on other reviews. Our room was not ready by 3 but the cleaners were very friendly. The coffee maker stopped working during my stay and Casey was very responsive and ordered a new one. The bed also did not fit in the frame very well so my husband and I would both fall in the middle of the bed because it was not completely flat. Besides those couple minor details our stay was very good and it was great value.

Our stay was great! The space was really clean and exactly like the photos. It was very close to a beautiful neighborhood with historic homes and beautiful views along the river. It’s also close to a few restaurants, bars and a Publix grocery store. We loved having a fan and AC for warmer days. We were able to keep the temps very comfortable! The only downside to the Airbnb was the shower setup and WiFi. The shower and bathroom was extremely clean however, because the water heater was so small (expected in a studio), showers had to be very quick. Also, because there was no separation between the shower area and toilet, sink, etc, shoes were needed to walk in the bathroom to prevent wet feet. There were also some issues with the WiFi. It was generally slow and we had several nights with no WiFi whatsoever. Overall, we really loved the location, interior and cleanliness! I would recommend staying here.

Casey was a fantastic host. Excellent communication, clean unit, easy checkin/checkout. Definitely recommend!
