This home is paradise with an unrivalled view that must be experienced. The owners are incredibly easy to contact, were attentive to all of our needs + had wonderful suggestions on restaurants, beaches and local interest spots. This modern home is expansive with 3 bedrooms that look over the infinity pool to the ocean and an unbelievable sunset — each and every evening a dream. The home is immaculate and has everything you need: super comfy beds with sparkling clean linens; spacious bedrooms, with the master having its own ensuite lounge; 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower; fast wifi; an extremely well stocked and modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer, oven, glass-top 4-burner stovetop and dishwasher; a modern, efficient clothes washer; and large living room. The view, as mentioned earlier, is spectacular with a 180 degree vista over the tops of olive tree orchards to the entire coastline below. And if that isn’t enough, a large infinity pool and outdoor dining spot with an immaculate BBQ grill. The owners, specifically Persefoni, were kind and incredibly responsive —she brought by a wonderfully delicious lemon cake, a gift of some local organic olive oil, and some tasty local Raki. I should note that we were extremely late (several hours) checking in due to bad traffic and a faulty phone, yet she greeted us with a wonderful, warming smile — a fabulous welcome. Persefoni also had fantastic suggestions for local restaurants and food to try, with every dining spot uniquely featuring delicious local fare. Removed from the hustle, noise and party atmosphere of some of the hotels by the beach, this home is secure, safe, quiet and great for a simple escape or perfectly situated as a daily launching pad to explore the local beaches or beyond (Balos and Elafonissi). You will need a car to stay here as everywhere in Falasarna requires driving (or a motorbike). I really could go on and on, but I will leave some mystique for you to discover — suffice to state, this place is magical and made perfect by Persefoni and her wonderful family.

Casa stupenda con una preziosissima vista sul tramonto e ogni servizio impeccabile, a pochi minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di falasarna e 10 minuti dal piccolo centro di kissamos, abbiamo passato una vacanza fantastica, in aggiunta che non si vede nelle foto la casa offre anche un comodissimo barbecue a gas. La casa, le stanze e gli spazi esterni con la piscina sono grandi e minuziosamente arredati. La pulizia e la gentilezza dell’ host sono impeccabili, avendo una neonata ci hanno anche fornito ogni comfort anche per lei. Consigliatissimo!!!!

This is a really beautiful spot, overlooking the ocean. The place is new, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the infinity pool with the incredible view. There are some excellent restaurants in the vicinity. The hosts were very hospitable and brought us local pastries when we arrived, and on the following day. The only thing we didn't expect is the road to get to the villa is unpaved and a little rough going. It appears that they are working on it, so hopefully it won't be an issue for much longer.
