Its a budget hotel that's too expensive passing itself off as a resort. I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I also really dislike misleading marketing. I’d rather book a hotel and be pleasantly surprised that they undersold the place, instead of this, which is the opposite. First red flag was the message delay. It said they responded within an hour, but we didnt hear back on a simple question and it took several days until we finally called them. We arrived on a Wednesday which seemed to be the hotel’s and town’s slowest day. Upon check in, they noted we might see a cat around. Rooms are fine, nothing special, nothing horrible. It seems like an array of Ikea furniture. The walls are thin, bathroom is tiny, floors are concrete with vinyl tile. Despite the near empty hotel, the wifi was abysmal. It says “wifi and dedicated workspace” as perks. The small desk is nice, but I had to take a meeting from my phone data because the wifi kept dropping and I couldnt maintain a zoom connection. It wasn’t just zoom, filling in a web form, website would crash before you finished. Watching a video late at night, it would stall every minute. It was the same each day, for four days. As I mentioned there is a cat on premise, and they make a big deal of it. It’s on their social media, they mention it at check in, and there are little cat figurines at different parts of the hotel. However, its locked in a glass room near the entrance. I think the problem is there is a door to the cats room which leads to another room connected to their kitchen, so maybe they can’t let it run through that area without going through the kitchen. Okay, I guess that’s safe, but the cat's rooms looks like it hasnt been cleaned enough as there is poop or poop remnants on the ground. It meows and comes to he window like it desperately wants attention. It was depressing, honestly. We never once saw it wandering the premise, morning, noon, or night, it was always locked in its room. Its more like a living prop. We didn’t try the bath or food, but it’s not possible that they would make it “resort” level. We probably would have given at least 3 stars if it wasn't for the way they mistreat the cat. We don’t expect much, we’ve stayed at a handful of other hotels recently for less money and much better service. They don’t respond fast, its not a resort, the cat is a prop and its not being properly cared for, and the wi-fi is not serviceable. We will never stay at another Voyan hotel again.

Nice location, cozy and clean room. didn’t get a chance to try their bath or food but definitely would like to enjoy them next time:)

コスパが最高です。 小さな赤ちゃんがいても、 貸切のお風呂があったので、 過ごしやすかったです。 食事もおいしかったので、 つけてよかったです。
