Location, location, location. Easy walk from the Silver Spring metro. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of towels, etc. Everything you need and a 15 - 20 minute metro ride to the sites or 40 minute ride directly to and from Reagan airport.

Derek’s place is what every Air B&B should strive to be. His detailed instructions made everything run ultra smoothly. The location cannot be beat…quick walk to the metro station which allowed us easy access to see all the spots via metro and walking. The kitchen was stocked with the basics which allowed us to prepare our meals…and there is a grocery store about a five minute walk up the block. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Close to the Metro, clean place, almost instance response from the host when I asked questions, and very affordable! Close to lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay again if we’re ever in the DC area.

Incredible location across the street from the metro, very quick access for touristy things in the city. Grocery store was one block away. We walked around Silver Spring in the evening and there is a great selection of restaurants, including a wonderful Colombian diner, Arepas Pues. Some of the furniture is a bit worn. The kitchen is large for a one bedroom apartment though a little sparse in terms of implements, if you plan to cook. There were a lot of spices which was nice. The apartment building is beautiful, friendly staff, and very secure. Would definitely recommend staying here.
