We’ve been to this place a couple of times and it never disappoints. Beautiful views and incredibly comfortable house. And so close to the penguins! We’ll go again!

A great stay and a beautiful place in a stunning location

We were a couple with a 2 year old child that picked the place due to the fantastic views and amazing location. In that respect the place 100% delivered - the views are amazing, the location is fantastic. It is however fairly run down - multiple appliances don’t work, it’s dated (I think the pictures are fairly flattering), the drawers and cupboard are cluttered. It potentially provides a good value destination for large groups but we didn’t feel it was great for us. I also don’t think there was enough time for the housekeeper to do a full clean between guests and it showed. The BBQ for example looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Please note we only used the house, we didn’t use the other accommodation (I don’t think they were cleaned in time and we didn’t need the space). Matthew was extremely responsive and also very flexible as we needed to change the booking due to the Cape Town cycle race

A perfect place for a group. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped in a quiet and peaceful area right on a wonderful beach. Communication with the host went flawlessly, he is a very helpful and understanding person. At first we had problems understanding the operation of the alarm for home but in the end it worked. Wonderful place 🙂❤️

What a beautiful home ! We loved the position and views to die for. It was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen - we loved the coffee machine! We were a big family and it was spacious and we were able to spread out. It is walking distance to the beach and in the evening, we enjoyed sundowner all by ourselves as the crowds had gone home.
