Great place to stay, and very comfortable. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Nothing to say except for some spiderwebs that we found on the livingroom walls (higher corners). House does not come with a BBQ and they offer an alternative company that rents them. We DO NOT recommend to hire such company (Called "No Hassle Vacations") as they are not serious and will not deliver any BBQ. Andy was always available to answer our questions

Good location. Easy access to Disney and greater Orlando. Kitchen needs to be restocked. Pots and pans are small and sad. Absoutely nothing for cooking. Not even salt or pepper. If you are planning on cooking here I would recommend bringing everthing you need.

Amazing rental to stay in! My only takeaway I have never had an Airbnb where I had to purchase toilet paper, dish washing liquid, and garbage bags. Also a house that big more pops and pans would make this property pop. We wanted to do a big soul food dinner on Christmas Eve and not nearly enough pops and pans to do so but I would definitely stay here again, I almost cried leaving its sooooo beautiful

needs maintenance. the location was 20 minutes away from Disney, not 10, as stated in the ad of the house for the total final cost, it should have at least the main cleaning supplies.

The place is nice and cheap, but it’s not clean. Our sheets had a weird smell and there was dirt in our bed, 10 of us stayed and all of us washed our sheets because they were dirty. There was pubic hair in the restroom, cobwebs in the corner of the living room, and the water had a bad smell almost like sewer water/eggs. The toilets have tape on them saying they are sanitized but we found gross hairs on it when we opened them. We removed the pillow covers to wash them and the pillows were YELLOW, very worn out. The reason I am pointing these things out first is so that hopefully it will get taken care of and there will be a better cleaning crew for the house! The house itself is beautiful! It just needs a reallllyyy good deep cleaning and a better clean up crew. The house is spacious, close to everything (15 minutes drive from the parks/ Disney springs) and is easy to get to
