Jacopo was so flexible with our late night arrival due to problems with our rental car. The area is so beautiful and very good restaurants all just minutes to walk to. We wanted a rest day during all the traveling during our 2 week Italy tour, and this was the perfect place to do so.

Can’t say enough good things about my stay. Gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside, cozy space to call home with a kitchen and a great restaurant right across the way. But the best part was Jacopo’s hospitality. Our rental car’s oil light went on when we were fifteen minutes away on a Sunday—so stressful! Jacopo sent us the GPS coordinates of the only place open within seconds and we had our problem solved. Life saver! He had excellent local recommendations and was really the best host we had on our road trip through Tuscia. Thank you so much!

Great location for visiting the hot springs. Jacopo was very kind in greeting us and even had a lovely bit of food at the place.

Excellent host!! Couldn’t ask for a more friendly person! Loved staying at Jacopo’s place, I wish I could have stayed longer because he has all the amenities you could need! I spent most of my time on that rooftop balcony, wow.. and the restaurant right next door we went both nights!!! Excellent food and absolutely friendly and kind servers! Best experience possible all around!!
