Guests will find an en suite bathroom off of each room, as well as a 75-ince flatscreen TV. Throw together some snacks or a hearty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including a gorgeous farm sink) and gather around the wooden dinner table. This home features soundproof glass to ensure a peaceful and restful stay. A beautiful living room space features two facing couches near a gas fireplace, plus big windows for those looking to curl up with a book or enjoy views of the lake. Through the sliding glass doors, a patio with a lake view patio awaits those ready to take in some fresh air. This home offers lots of natural lighting and is the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy the pleasures of Bear Lake. What's nearby: If you didn't bring your boat along, the marina offers boat rentals less than a quarter-mile from your front door! Guests will have access to miles of snowmobiling terrain, in addition to a bike path right out the back door. When you need a break from wakeboarding or fishing on crystal clear water, Garden City (just over one mile away) has everything from a great cup of coffee to a tasty meal to curb appetites. For a few local favorites, try out LaBeau's, Bear Trapper Restaurant, or Firehouse Pizzeria (all within one-and-a-half miles of the home). Beautiful house and excellent location. Everything you need to make meals in the kitchen so that was very helpful! Games upstairs were fun to play and we all enjoyed ourselves!
The home is beautiful and clean…The view and location…AMAZING! A little hiccup getting in when we arrived but the owner responded immediately…thank you! Would absolutely stay here again!
This stunning home is in an ideal neighborhood location, situated between the marina and Garden City's downtown, with easy access to shopping and the bike/hiking trail. The house is directly across the street from the lake, with spectacular lake views from most rooms in the house. The kitchen is well appointed, inclusive of every tool you'll conceivably need, includes plenty of storage space, and is functionally laid out. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house such as individual toiletries, plenty of towels and pillows, and extra cords for various electronics' hook ups. We were traveling with teenage boys so they loved playing video games on the big screen tv and competing with each other on the game tables in the loft area. The boys also had a blast setting up a marathon movie night on the big screen tv in the bunkbed room. We were disappointed the fire pit was not available for use during our stay but it did have a large seating area for times it is in service. I think the dining room patio was one my favorite areas, particularly to sit and enjoy coffee while watching the sun come up over the lake across the street each morning. This is a perfect rental for families especially those with young kids and/or older teens. We'd absolutely stay here again.
This was a very comfortable and great place to stay! It’s a two minute drive from the grocery store which was extremely convenient and you get a great view of the lake. It is also much bigger than the pictures! All of the rooms are very spacious - even the bunk bed room which we were a little worried about being too small but it wasn’t! Overall I would highly recommend staying here.
