Far beyond our expectations. We housed my son’s entire wedding party and hosted the rehearsal luncheon. Wonderful hosts in a beautiful location. My husband wants to move to Dobson now.

Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The large house comfortably managed our extended family over the holidays. Christine and Joe were incredibly proactive and friendly, and everything was tasteful and thoughtfully done, and extremely clean and well-provisioned. Thank you!

The absolute BEST we’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb! Plus an incredible deal. This gorgeous farmhouse is a masterpiece! The special touches in decorating and design creates a vintage paradise and cozy atmosphere. We spent Thanksgiving here ~ Christine had a fully stocked kitchen just like home, plus complementary coffees, teas, snacks, and other fun surprises in various rooms. The outside is just as magical with a bridge leading to the house entrance, wrap around porch, rocking chairs, running creek, special lighting, gazebo, huge fire pit, and a grist mill with a game room. You’ve got to experience this serene location if you like southern charm! All the amenities you’ll need are right here. We will be back!

First Impressions - pulled into driveway and our mouths dropped and screamed “wow! this is all for us?!” Charm overload 100%! Our stay - we had everything we needed and MORE! Kitchen fully stocked, coffee bar was a hit! BEDS were SUPER comfy, showers were amazing & every room in the house was decorated to perfection without going overboard. House was spotless, huge decorated front porch that we absolutely loved, two large wagons to transport luggage and hearing the creek water flowing just melts away all stress. Why we’ll be coming back - Joe and Christine made us feel like family. When we left I said to myself, “I’m going to miss them!” They greeted us with smiles, gave us a personal history tour of the area, shared their love of the home and future goals. We drove away feeling inspired and longing to come back for more. We love them so much and know you will too. What a wonderful stay!! ps- don’t forgot to check out the Mill. WOW! I cannot praise it enough!
