Loved the location, lots to do with children in the area and at the resort. The only complaints I had was the pool closed early at 4pm the week we were there (spring break for the kids) and the wifi stopped working for a day and a half before we left. Loved the location and that it had a pool and hot tub!

It's a very nice and cozy sort of room. Teeny tiny sink and bath area, but certainly not a deal-breaker as we didn't spend much time in the rooms until we came back the end of each day. I will say that my wife and I both had some of the most comfortable nights sleep that we've EVER had on those very comfortable queen mattresses What a restful nights sleep! The room is up on the second floor, which was a bit of a challenge and surprise for my wife who has a difficult time with stairs (bad knees). We just took our time, and in the end, we managed just fine. I'd still give this room two thumbs up.

This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you don’t mind a short drive to explore the area. It’s about 5 minutes to Wells Beach and 10 to Ogunquit. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, especially if the weather gets too rainy to be at the beach and wander around!

The location is close to nearby attractions. The Wells beach is great. The room was clean. Parking was handy.
