The positives for us was the location, its family friendly and right near a lovely seafront and park areas. Accurate description of the property, host very responsive including fixing the shower for us within 15 mins of reporting it ! The beds though were extremely uncomfortable and it was not as clean as it should have been ( had to wash bedding when we arrived due to smelling like it hadn’t been washed , some crockery in kitchen had old food on and behind the beds was very thick with dust, food crumbs and keys in between sofa seats from previous guests ? The area is lovely, the tv channel selection was a good bonus and the shower was lovely and powerful. Thank you for having us stay.

His hospitality was great. He was helpful and flexible with check-out. The flat was easily accessible from bus and train stations in a Quite neighbourhood.

Top Empfehlung für Familien. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, und in die Innenstadt mit dem Auto braucht man weniger als 30 Minuten. Immer wieder gerne 😉

We stayed with Huseyin for almost four weeks in November and December. The Apartment was very comfortable and had everything our family of Five needed. There is a large beautiful park just across the street with multiple playgrounds and costal views. The nearest train station (Marmaray) was about 8 minutes walk away. To get to the main tourist destinations on the European side of the city took 45 - 70 minutes depending on whether we needed a transfer. There are several excellent grocery stores just across the train tracks about 10 minutes walk away. We loved the Thursday Bazaar and went every week regardless of whether we needed anything. Huseyin was an amazing host helping us with restaurant recommendations, answering questions about the neighborhood, Helping us locate a travel clinic and even helping us find butcher so we could buy turkey (Hindi) for Thanksgiving. We would be very happy to stay there again.
